This be my end-of-the-year/thank you post.

Exactly a year ago, I was mad at the world because of two things: 1) SHINee and 2) SHINee wasn't mine. Right now, I am even madder at the world because of four things: 1) SHINee 2) SHINee is not mine. 3) EXO and 4) EXO isn't mine.

As you can probably tell, I'm still an immature brat. Although not as much as Sehun.

I'm not one of those people who make a list of all the things I'm thankful for because it just makes depressed for reasons I can't fathom so I'll give you two stupid lists instead.

My songs of the year:

1. Honesty by SHINee

2. Stranger by SHINee - I used to hate this song but it grew on me until I couldn't stop listening to it

3. What is Love by EXO-K

4. Angel (Into Your World) by EXO-K

5. It's Cold by Epik High ft. Lee Hi

6. Run with Me by SHINee

7. History by EXO-K

8. Beautiful Stranger by f(x)

9. Two Moons by EXO-K - this is such a ridiculous song and I am ridiculous for liking it so much

10. Peach by IU

I could probably put every other song from EXO-K's mini-album and my heart is saying "Go for it" but my mind is retorting with "No, stupid. You can't do that" so I won't. But seriously though, I am in a love-hate relationship with Machine and MAMA has become my shower song. I'm hopeless. Also, my bias for EXO-K is showing. Sorry, EXO-M, I still love you guys nonetheless.

And fuck, I've been so caught up with Korean pop that I haven't really had time to divulge in Korean indie. Special mention goes to Nell's Slip Away because it's such a gorgeous song.

 

My people of the year (wtf):

1. Lee Taemin (I still love you the most)

2. Lee Jinki (Onew, I still want to marry you)

3. Do Kyungsoo (my little munchkin, I can never say mean things about you)

4. Kim Jongin (Kai, the motherfucker)

7. the rest of SHINee (Jonghyun, Key, and Minho, I still love you, guys)

8. the rest of EXO (you guys are too many to mention, you fucking life ruiners)

9. Lee Hyunwoo (my only reason for continuing with the hot mess that was To the Beautiful You. Sorry, Minho)

10. Ezra Miller (my fairy princess)

I'm not even going to explain this list because I might go insane trying to figure out how I've transformed from disliking EXO and thinking they were a bunch of talentless, uncoordinated shits into worshipping them like gods and wanting to kiss the ground they walk on. I think it started with fanfiction. Yup, fanfiction.

I don't want to expect so much from 2013 because 2012 was a year full of so much false hope.

I love you all for putting up with all my emotional bullshit, my crazy fangirl posts, and everything else in between.
