Freshly-cut grass, Ylang-Ylang, and Wood Smoke.

The title is inspired by significant and distinct smells I encountered today, which may or may not be a useless title for a daily post. No, but really, I just couldn’t think up of anything better.

Freshly cut grass – The school maintenance was busy mowing the school’s overgrown field and I passed by it on my way to the parking lot. It was strong and overpowering and I loved it.
Ylang-Ylang – My mom gave another scented hand lotion from Bath and Body Works and this time, it’s those appealingly sweet flowers. It smells heavenly, to be quite honest. Thanks, Mom. ♥
Wood Smoke – This one’s quite funny. We ran out of kitchen gas, it leaked or something along those lines, and now the household helpers have to make do with burning wood to make fire for cooking our dinner. I’m not complaining though. Wood smoke smells lovely.

A few things about today:
Biology long test. Shouldn’t have been as worried about it as I was last night. It wasn’t easy, but it was definitely tolerable. God, I get so paranoid sometimes it irks me.
Christmas Bazaar. The worst so far, hands down. Everything about it is just wrong.
Clinical Check-up. It went okay. I found out I grew 2 inches, which I’m considerably proud of. It’s better than nothing.
NAT Review. Meh. Spent the better half of it talking to Julienne about stuff that didn’t really matter and definitely not relevant to our topic of the Energy Pyramid. Only attended half of it, thank god, because of the check-up so the used-up time made it more bearable.

This day was a drag except for the unusual scents.
